Although the BAU-HOW building system is suitable for almost any project, our primary focus is on residential, commercial and hotel developments from tree to twelve floors, as it is here the benefits from an industrialized production have the biggest effect.
We normally act as the general contractor, and thereby take full responsibility for the project – from the early planning stage to the end of the warranty period. To do this, we have established a close cooperation with technical advisors and architect firms.
All work not directly related to the planning, production or erection of the building modules is carried out by local subcontractors under close BAU-HOW supervision.
